You will receive your order in one complete delivery, when at all possible. Goods will be dispatched on the same day we receive payment. In Germany goods are normally delivered within two workdays and to neighboring countries within three to four days. You may determine to who, where and on which day the goods are to be delivered. You will be informed should this, for some reason, not be possible.

Individual orders within Germany, other than to the German islands, cost Euro 6,50. Whenever possible all items are bundled to one packet which also costs Euro 6,50, e.g. a hammock, accessories and 2 cushions.

Hanging chairs and cushions always have to be shipped in 2 separate packets.

Shipping costs for most European countries are calculated and shown whilst ordering. We can ship nearly worldwide; please contact us for information.
