For a few relaxing hours in your garden, there is nothing better than a hammock. The spreader-bar hammock Florencia has an extra-wide lying surface of 160 centimetres in a very stylish pattern. Made of high-quality organic cotton, it is both particularly soft and elegant at the same time. The wide fabric surface combines the unique comfort of a classic hammock with the decorative look of a spreader-bar hammock.

Made in Colombia with reinforced edges, which make the material extremely tear-resistant.

The spreader bars are made of premium quality bamboo from responsibly managed forests (FSC®).

Material description: Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) certified organic cotton; spreader bar: certified bamboo from responsible Forest Management.

Entspannung pur, wenn man die Empfehlungen beachtet

Diese Hängematte ist die Nachfolgerin einer Standardhängematte, die mit nachträglich angebrachten Stäben aufgespreizt worden war. Diese Stäbe waren etwas kürzer als die Stofffläche breit war, so dass noch eine Kuhle entstand, aber kein sich oben selbstschliessender Beutel beim Liegen in Längsrichtung.
In die neue Hängematte sollte man sich nicht der Länge nach legen, so steht es auch in der Beschreibung, sonst kippt man sich schnell mal selbst aus bei einer Drehung um die Längsachse. Also quer oder diagonal legen, und die Welt ist schön. Auf Kinder muss man gut aufpassen.
Würde ich sie wieder kaufen? Ja, unbedingt, es stimmt Material, Verarbeitung, Grösse, alles.
Werde ich drüber nachdenken, wie man sie kindersicher macht? Ja; eine gute Idee habe ich (noch) nicht, um die Längsseiten etwas höher zu ziehen, ohne dass das Liegen quer unmöglich wird.

Vielen Dank für Ihre sehr ausführliche Bewertung. Wie Sie richtig erkannt haben, solte auf Grund der Kippgefahr der Umgang mit einer Stabhängematte ein Wenig geübt werden. Wir empfehlen für Kinder daher Hängematten ohne Stab.
